Music Licensing & Private Hire Policy
Private Events
For private family or personal hire of our rooms, hirers are solely responsible for any entertainment or music provided during their private gathering.
Commercial & Public Events
If the room is hired for commercial, public, or ticketed events involving music playback, live performances, or DJs, the commercial hirer/organizer is strictly required to sign a copyright declaration and ensure they hold all necessary public performance permissions (including any required PPL/PRS licences) independently. The venue management accepts no liability for unlicenced music played by third-party commercial hirers.
